Something I wrote when I was 17 years old that still applies today.
Did I call myself a writer?
There are so many thoughts that are waiting to burst out of that rubber bag I call my mind,
but when I try to think of what it is I wanted to say I just come up empty.
So I am done with another really close friend.
This one is ending and I'm not sure why.
All of them will end in time,
and throughout it all it will, still, only be me who could trace the long line of people who would listen to my crazy ideas.
Look at all those people.
You wouldn't know they were inside those hard shells,
the ones that come off the assembly line.
Some with different colors,
but none that are multi-colored.
The people inside working the controls are very alone,
and I've tried to come out of my shell.
People wonder why I would hug a suit of armor,
and sometimes I wonder myself.
But what else is there to hug?
And who else that ever walked amongst the machines
didn't get crushed, ran away, or got so frightened that they decided to live again within their own mono-toned machines.
Whoever they are and wherever they choose to live they will still be alone.
Nobody ever taught them how to be a human being.

I met someone at a local meeting tonight who works with organizations building communities. We didn't have time to go into to much detail, but he may be in alignment with your thinking. I invited him to visit the site. If he joins, we can find out what he's all about. His name is Mark, if you want to be on the lookout for him.

I still haven't founc a chat program that works well here, but I won't give up.....well I will give up for tonight. I'm beat, and I have to be up early to get my daughter to the airport.
The Zeitgeist group is growing! When you have the energy, you should start a group of network just for your communities idea. Between RTR, ,here, and DC13's networks you'd find plenty of interested people.

Since I don't have a real job, I have the time too do what I do. I've found my purpose.....or it found me. LOL I'm happy to do what I can, for as long as I can. Our existence on this planet as free beings depends on creating change, and dissolving the matrix which is hindering human evolution and happiness. We came here to learn, to play, and enjoy this planet, not to serve crazed, manipulative dictators. :-)
the point of it all is that we should put our voices together, speak up, and stand up for y(our) rights!

I agree with you, that anger needs to be expressed. Anger and fear serve us well. When we let them become the master, we’re serving them.. Those emotions are a guidance system. They alert us to a real, or perceived threat in our environment. I believe it’s important to recognize the threat, and experience the emotion, but not to hold on to the emotion any longer than we have to. When we go into the fight or flight mode our bodies are focused on defense….all growth and nutritional processes stop. The resulting stress on the body only leaves us more vulnerable to psychological stress and the manifestation of physical illness. When a very real threat exists in the present moment…..a lion chasing you……that’s the time keep the fight or flight mode engaged until you’re safe.
Emotionally, RTR can be a very volatile place. Awareness is a term that has to be used very loosely in regard to RTR. The levels of awareness there ranges from just discovering that politicians lie to people who are writing books about the quantum evolution of our species, and fully understand the bio-spiritual nature of being human.
People (by that I mean , the masses) know that something is very wrong, they can tell you what many of the problems are, but they don’t know the source of the problems. The propaganda machine keeps them either hypnotized or focused on isolated issues. Can’t expect these people to even understand the physical forces at work, let alone spiritual solutions. What they are doing is important, it’s acknowledging that something is awry and action is called for. Those little steps in awareness lead to asking more questions. We each have our own path to truth.
I’m sorry you’re feeling so discouraged, but I certainly understand. I walk with one foot in the world of RTR and the other on the path we share here. I’ve had to develop compassionate detachment, otherwise it would be overwhelming.
Expect your thinking to be challenged. What was the response of the first people to hear that the world wasn’t flat?
Don’t be discouraged in regard to your project. It’s critical that someone is paving the road for the future. The time will come when the masses will be looking for options. Your work is providing options.
